A logging recorder is a multi-channel recording system used to record conversations and transmissions from a communications system over an extended period of time. In addition to the audio, a logging recorder also records time and date to assist later recovery and playback.

How many workstations can access stored data simultaneously?

With ATIS’ networking software, a maximum amount of 16 workstations can access the data simultaneously. Please note that network system performance depends on your network capabilities. Workstations should be Pentium based IBM compatible computers with the Windows Operating System.

How easily can I access recorded conversations?

The ATIS Application incorporates a “Filter” or “Search” engine that will allow you to easily search through the database with just a few clicks of the mouse.
Users can modify a search by date, time, channel, incoming number, outgoing number, etc. Simplicity of the user interface makes accessing the data a breeze!
